Meet Monica. She is 15 years old and in Form 1 — a smart, determined student who loves her schoolwork and shows up every day ready to learn.

But right now, Monica is not in class. She has been sent home because her family cannot pay her school fees. Her mother earns a little money washing clothes in neighbours’ homes.
